- Focus to continue to grow the business and develop relationship management strategy for the organisation.
- Work closely with the Directors, Service Manager on expanding the business and developing new marketing initiatives.
- Proactively nurturing leads in the pipeline & maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the participant journey.
- Attending & representing Gemcare Support Services across networking events, conferences, & other important relationship-building events.
- Regularly engage with internal/external key stakeholders with an aim to build strong connections and grow referrals.
- Foster strong internal relationships with key areas of the business including intake, operations, quality, business support and marketing.
- Proactive engagement with regulation functions and processes and attendance at NDIS related events and information sessions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Gemcare Support Services' operational trends and NDIS policy changes.
- Identify and lead business development opportunities proactively.
- Bringing new participants referrals and Meeting KPIs
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the business in new marketplaces and increase brand awareness.
- Contacting potential Participants to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
