About the brand-new role:
We are seeking a dynamic and confident Business Development Officer to join our Executive Management Team here at SDS Care. This role will provide pivotal planning and execution of business development across the range of services SDS Care offers. You will be reporting to the Director of Strategy and Growth. The role is responsible for networking, collaborating and advertising the business that brings growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a networking regular & not afraid talking at them (we don’t want you to sit there just because you have to be there)
- Confident in building new relationships
- Build a strong network (or bring one with you) that is consistent with growth and opportunities.
- Exceed and grow out of the boring 9-5, we welcome ideas.

About you:
You need to be energetic; solution focused and have a mind that is set on growth, you will be spearheading the business expansion strategy and implementing your own strategies to grow the business. You need to be a forward thinker and able to take advantage of every possible networking opportunity.
- Excellent networking skills and lead conversion
- Minimum 2-3 years of NDIS experience in a similar role.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Essential stakeholder relationships and communication skills.
- Customer service skills are demonstrated by experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and initiative, and the ability to be flexible in thinking.
- Good listening skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Good area knowledge.
- Ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations.
- High-level report-writing skills.
- Client database system experience.
- Strong referral and sales knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 35 per week
