Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Sydney, NSW. The role will involve a combination of in-office tasks and remote work. Daily responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support, managing schedules, maintaining records, ensuring efficient communication, and performing executive administrative assistance tasks. The Administrative Assistant will also handle phone correspondence and manage organizational workflows to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, document management, and data entry
  • Effective Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant applications
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
