We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to shape the digital, social, and event presence of a much-loved boutique pub group with five award-winning venues. From buzzing bars to vibrant activations, this is hospitality at its most exciting and your chance to turn ideas into loyalty, growth, and unforgettable experiences.

In this role, you'll take charge of campaigns across digital channels, social media assets, and live events in a fast-paced, people-first world of food, beverage, and entertainment. If you've built your skills in hospitality, gaming, food & beverage, or entertainment, this could be your next big move.

What you'll do

Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of marketing activities across the group's venues and projects. Develop and deliver the marketing calendar, including:

  • Events planning & execution – themed nights, live music, trivia, seasonal activations.
  • Campaign & promotions management – happy hours, seasonal specials, membership offers, partner tie-ins.
  • Social media management – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok; content creation, live coverage, paid ads, influencer partnerships.
  • E-mail Marketing – newsletters, targeted campaigns, customer loyalty offers.
  • Budget planning & tracking – manage spend, measure ROI, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

About you

  • Degree qualified with 3–5 years' marketing experience.
  • A marketing degree is required for this position.
  • Experience in hospitality, gaming, food & beverage, or entertainment is preferred.
  • Creative, innovative, and commercially minded.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and budgets.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and results-focused.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about hospitality and the culture of food, beverage, and entertainment.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
