Role Objective:
Do you have a passion for digital marketing and a knack for turning ideas into results? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Melbourne team, managing the digital output for WA's premier concerts, promotions, and events company, Mellen Events, part of the Live Nation Group.
In this role, you'll deliver digital strategies that drive fan engagement, ticket sales, and brand growth across Mellen Events channels, while also supporting the wider Live Nation Digital team. From leading multi-channel campaigns to optimising CRM activities, you'll help connect artists with fans and elevate our digital presence.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities across social media, email, SMS, and website channels. Creativity, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail will be key to your success. This role is Melbourne-based with flexibility to align with WA operations (AWST), and occasional travel to Perth.

What you'll be doing:
- Digital strategy: Deliver end-to-end campaigns across social, email, SMS, websites, and digital touchpoints to grow audiences and boost ticket sales.
- Social media management: Plan, create, and publish content that excites audiences while staying across trends and best practice.
- Email campaigns: Build, segment, and optimise campaigns, including testing and analysis to refine messaging and targeting.
- Website & CMS updates: Maintain the Mellen Events website with timely and accurate event information.
- Content creation: Source, produce, and adapt content for multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Reporting & insights: Analyse performance data and share insights with stakeholders to inform strategy and improve results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless and innovative digital marketing activity.
What you'll bring:
- Hands-on experience: Previous digital marketing experience, ideally across events, live entertainment, or related industries.
- Email marketing skills: Familiarity with tools like Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
- Social & CMS expertise: Ability to manage multiple channels, platforms, and content management systems.
- Creative ability: Strong Canva skills to design reports, presentations, and social content.
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and audience insights.
- Organisation & focus: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
