About The Role
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the creative and strategic engine behind our digital presence. From crafting thumb-stopping social content to analysing performance data, you'll lead initiatives that elevate our brand in the contemporary property and lifestyle space.

This role perfectly blends creativity and strategy, think content creation meets campaign optimisation, all while keeping our customers and community front and centre.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive engaging corporate and lifestyle content across social media platforms
  • Create and execute external communication strategies that deliver standout customer experiences
  • Manage our digital ecosystem including the Nelson Alexander website, EDMs, Google Analytics & Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & TikTok
  • Analyse customer behaviour to optimise advertising and digital content for stronger conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance brand presence and digital outcomes
  • Write, proofread, and edit communication to ensure brand consistency and maximum engagement
  • Monitor, report, and present digital marketing performance to the Head of Marketing
  • Assist with campaign optimisation to meet performance, budget, and time objectives
  • Bring creativity, efficiency, and a proactive mindset to a fast-paced environment
