As we expand into the Perth market, we are seeking an experienced ICT Support and Test Engineer to join our technical division and play a critical role in maintaining and improving ICT systems and client services.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in ICT system support and quality testing. You will assist in maintaining system integrity, identifying technical issues, and implementing solutions across our platforms and client networks. A key part of this role includes working closely with other engineers and stakeholders to uphold system standards and support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain documentation and procedures that ensure quality assurance and system reliability
  • Carry out in-depth testing of software and hardware systems, identifying defects or performance issues
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical problems across a range of IT environments
  • Conduct system reviews, audits, and reporting to support compliance and best practices
  • Analyse data and logs to detect recurring faults and initiate long-term fixes
  • Collaborate with teams to implement updates, patches, and infrastructure changes
  • Deliver user training and develop help guides and instructional materials
  • Support the deployment of new technologies, tools, and improvements across client systems

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in ICT support, systems testing, or related roles
  • Strong technical skills in systems analysis, diagnostics, and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with both manual and automated testing tools
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and strong communication skills
  • Experience with industry standards, cybersecurity, or cloud platforms is a plus
  • Must be willing to relocate to Perth, Western Australia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $140,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
