The Opportunity

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager and Commercial Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys managing a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the GM and Commercial Manager
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel bookings
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of management
  • Assist with appointments, and stakeholder engagements
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally
  • Support additional business administration tasks as required

About You

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a high-level administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • A proactive, professional, and flexible approach
