We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stores Assistant / Storeperson to join our friendly team. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties with light administrative work — ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy and service.


About the Role

As our Stores Assistant, you'll play an important part in day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, handled, and dispatched accurately and safely.

You'll also assist with booking orders, maintaining records, and general admin support to keep our operations running smoothly.

This role is offered on a casual basis (approx. 25–30 hours per week) with flexible hours that suit school-time availability. For the right person, there's a strong opportunity to move into a full-time role in 2026


Key Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately
  • Booking deliveries and preparing dispatch documentation
  • Loading and unloading trucks safely
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workspace
  • Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Performing light administrative and data-entry tasks
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage stock and reporting

What You'll Bring
  • Current Forklift (LF) Licence – essential
  • Proven reliability and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously within a small team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
