**THE WHO, THE WHAT AND THE WHERE**

Our client is an industry leader in the real estate arena. They can offer you stability, flexibility and a down to earth office environment. It’s an open plan office and the people are friendly, welcoming and supportive. We would say they are quite laid back, but also breaking ground in their approach. It’s not your usual real estate office.

You’ll be supporting the Director who is a high performing sales agent. She’s a powerhouse and we need you to support some of her workload so she can focus on what she does best selling She is extremely innovative in her approach to business and your role will assist in taking it to the next level.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED?**

Basically, you will be working behind the scenes catching every dropped ball, and pre-empting the next throw effortlessly. Here’s a snapshot of what else is involved:

- You’ll be required to manage up
- A high level of diary management, inbox management, coordinating meetings etc.
- Organising travel
- General team and office admin support, all the standard EA duties
- Maintain electronic filing systems
- Assist in reconciling accounts
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Project manage office related projects to help improve efficiencies

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?**

You don’t have to have real estate experience, just be a fast-paced juggler with the right attitude. Here’s what else you’ll be needing:

- Highly organised with great time management
- A detail has never escaped your attention
- You work well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Accountable, reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent administration skills and you know your way around MS Office Suite
