About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow relationships across key trade and retail networks.

You'll build strong partnerships, identify new opportunities, and support stores to increase product sales and brand presence.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll be out meeting customers, delivering training sessions, and supporting sales promotions to drive results.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow key accounts including Mitre 10, Total Tools, and Sydney Tools
  • Identify new business opportunities across the trade and retail network
  • Deliver engaging in-store training and joint customer visits with Trade Specialists
  • Develop and present business plans to key stakeholders
  • Record all activities and opportunities in the CRM
  • Achieve sales targets and drive growth across your territory

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in account management or trade sales
  • Experience in the building, construction, or hardware industry preferred
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship and presentation skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Self-motivated, organised, and driven to deliver results
