As a Property Inspector, your day will typically involve:

  • Collecting keys and attending properties to carry out inspections
  • Completing detailed inspection reports using our mobile and web-based systems
  • Returning keys — and finishing for the day

It's simple, rewarding work with clear expectations and no experience required. Full training is provided in our Melbourne CBD office, equipping you with everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Need:

  • An ABN (to invoice for completed work)
  • A current Police Check (required before starting fieldwork)
  • Confidence using technology (our systems are fully digital)
  • Ability to work independently while managing your own time
  • A reliable car and driver's licence are a bonus, as this will unlock more work — but not a requirement

Training:

All new inspectors receive hands-on, in-person training at our Melbourne CBD office. You'll learn everything from how to conduct inspections to using our digital reporting system, ensuring you feel confident and ready to start.

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 35 per week
