We are a Melbourne-based, family-run fashion accessories business with a passion for style, quality, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a Production Coordinator who understands the rhythm of the fashion world and can help us bring our designs to life. Immediate start available – hit the ground running

About the Role:

As a Production Coordinator, you'll work closely with our management teams to coordinate and execute the production of fashion accessories. You must have a solid understanding of the production cycle within the fashion industry and be able to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal teams—especially in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate production schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery

Communicate daily with overseas suppliers and manufacturers (primarily in China and Hong Kong)

Ensure product quality and compliance throughout the production process

Assist in cost negotiations, sample management, and order tracking

Collaborate with management to align production with design vision and customer expectations

Maintain accurate documentation, from purchase orders to shipping schedules

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in fashion production or coordination (accessories a plus)

Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written)

Strong understanding of the fashion production cycle and supply chain

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

High attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality
