Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Parramatta, NSW. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, managing appointments, performing clerical duties, and maintaining a welcoming office environment. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is beneficial
