We're a well established independent mortgage & finance broking firm based on Brisbane's northside, supporting clients across home, asset, SMSF, and commercial lending. We don't just write loans – we build long-term financial plans. Our team processes over $200 million in new loan applications every year, and we're looking for a highly capable lending professional to help take us to the next level.

The Opportunity:
This isn't a basic data-entry job or entry-level support role. You'll be the operational engine behind one of our senior mortgage brokers, managing deal flow, structuring loan files, and ensuring a world-class customer experience from first touch to post-settlement follow-up.

You'll be instrumental in maintaining our growth trajectory and nurturing client relationships long after the paperwork is done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end process for new loan applications – from deal structuring to settlement

  • Analyse client financials, structure deals, and recommend the right loan products

  • Work closely with clients, brokers, lenders, and referrers to keep everything on track

  • Stay on top of compliance and ensure every file is rock-solid

  • Keep client relationships warm with ongoing post-settlement care

  • Proactively follow up lender policies and service changes – no one should know the banks better than you

What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years in home loan processing, credit assessment, or high-level broker support

  • Deep understanding of mortgage products, policy and compliance

  • Bonus points for SMSF or commercial lending experience

  • Fast, accurate, and proactive

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on service

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (highly regarded)
