Occupational Therapy Assistant (2026 Grad Program)
Job OverviewWe are an allied health practice providing comprehensive care to clients through paediatric speech pathology, occupational therapy and psychology across our locations.
The 2026 Grad Program is designed for students seeking hands-on experience in a supportive and multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clinic-based role: Collaborate with experienced practitioners in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic setting.
- Comprehensive induction: Enjoy a 2-week comprehensive induction period with ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Manageable caseload: Receive support from highly experienced Senior Occupational Therapists as you build your skills and confidence.
- Frequent supervision: Engage in regular 1:1 internal supervision and fortnightly peer supervision sessions.
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible for up to 12 weeks additional paid parental leave.
- Annual Leave: Enjoy up to 5 weeks annual leave including a week of bonus leave.
- Professional Development: Participate in monthly in-service professional development sessions with highly experienced seniors.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Choose your working hours and complete admin work from home.
- Autonomy: Take control of your calendar with dedicated admin time.
