Your Next Role Reporting to the People and Culture Specialist at Hyne Group, you will work closely with site leaders and the broader HR team in a medium to large manufacturing environment.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator ready to build a long-term generalist HR career.
This role offers a clear development pathway into a People and Culture Advisor position, expanding your responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
Provide day-to-day HR advice to leaders and team members within structured HR frameworks.
Support HR processes including performance reviews, training coordination, and compliance
Provide day-to-day HR advice and respond to employee and manager queries, escalating complex issues as needed
Maintain accurate HR records and reporting to ensure policy and legislative compliance
Contribute to HR initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and development
Liaise with payroll and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Over time, work cross functionally to support other areas of the business as required

About you

A service-oriented attitude with a focus on building strong working relationships and delivering quality outcomes
Experience in recruitment and/or HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced, blue-collar or manufacturing environment
A strong interest in moving into a broader generalist People and Culture Advisor role
Familiarity of HR policies, documentation, and compliance requirements
Organised, detail-focused, and effective communicator
Comfortable working within structured protocols and established systems
