Leasing and Property Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing and Property Consultant to take on a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting prospective tenants with property information, conducting open homes and private inspections, and qualifying applicants through processing and reference checks.

About the Role
  • Greet and assist prospective tenants with property information
  • Conduct open homes and private inspections
  • Qualify applicants through processing and reference checks
  • Prepare tenancy applications, lease agreements, and documentation
  • Keep property listings current across online portals
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as photography and advertising
  • Follow up with prospective tenants to secure leases
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Assist with general office administration and compliance tasks
Requirements
  • 6–12 months experience in a leasing, reception, or property management support role
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration (essential)
  • Reliable car & current driver's licence
  • Strong people skills and a professional, energetic attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
