We are expanding and seeking a skilled
Architectural Drafter
to join our collaborative, design-driven team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that blend creativity with technical precision — from bespoke homes to larger-scale community and commercial developments.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Produce accurate and detailed
    architectural plans
    using
    Revit
    .
  • Collaborate closely with our Design and Technical Teams to prepare:
  • Tender Plans
  • CDC / DA Submission Packages
  • Construction Documentation
  • Basic Landscape Plans
  • Supporting documentation for DA & CDC approvals
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant
    codes, standards, and regulations
    .
  • Update and review drawings to meet evolving project requirements.
  • Assist the Design Team with custom home designs, façades, and internal layouts — applying both creativity and strong building knowledge.
  • Implement design improvements based on feedback from the Construction Team.
  • Conduct occasional
    site visits
    to resolve documentation or coordination issues.
  • Work from our Norwest office in a full-time role within a supportive environment.

About You

To succeed, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' local experience
    as a Draftsperson or Building Designer in the
    residential or commercial sector
    .
  • Qualifications in
    Building Design or Architecture
    .
  • Strong Revit skills (essential)
    , with demonstrated experience on custom residential projects.
  • Solid understanding of
    NCC, Australian Standards, BASIX, and DA/CDC compliance
    .
  • Knowledge of
    construction methods and materials
    .
  • Excellent
    attention to detail
    , accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with
    Microsoft Office Suite
    .
