About the role

We're excited to grow our Digital Design team with a fantastic opportunity in our Sydney studio for a BIM Manager | Revit Lead. Whether you're currently excelling as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Specialist, or Revit Technician
looking to take the next step in your career, if you're eager to apply your Revit and BIM expertise and uphold nettletontribe's BIM standards across multiple projects, we want to hear from you

Key responsibilities:

  • Offer troubleshooting and technical support for Revit and other related BIM software.
  • Organise project kick-off meetings to understand BIM project requirements.
  • Provide training, guidance and mentorship to staff including BIM Modelers, Revit Technicians, and Revit Drafters to ensure consistent quality and standards across all projects
  • Coordinate and manage BIM project requirements across all project phases, collaborating with project leads, BIM Coordinators and VDC Coordinators to align BIM strategies with project goals and streamline workflows
  • Lead the ongoing implementation and management of BIM execution plans.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide updates on BIM progress and issues.
  • Maintenance of Revit library and templates

Skills:

  • Expert Revit skills and supporting BIM software
  • Knowledge in Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Utilising and understanding computational concepts
  • Excellent personable and communication skills
  • Background working in the AEC industry
