Role Description

This is a contract Junior Business Analyst position, based in West Melbourne, VIC, with a hybrid work structure allowing for some flexibility to work from home. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Daily tasks include creating detailed reports, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, and helping design effective solutions to enhance operations and efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data and trends to inform decision-making
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, including identifying and solving business challenges
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with Business Processes and defining and evaluating workflows for efficiency improvements
  • Capability to gather and analyze Business Requirements to support strategic objectives
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity will be advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
