What will you be doing?

  • Developing and maintaining a SQL based reporting platform
  • Managing and developing data integration pipelines, data storage structures and data cleansing
  • Gathering data requirements, documentation and end to end testing
  • Gathering, clarifying and documenting requirements and designing solutions
  • Data product design, development, and maintenant for visualisations, reports, dashboards, and data insights
  • Interpreting data and analysing results using statistical techniques to create monthly reports
  • Serving internal clients and ensuring accurate, on time delivery of monthly reporting

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have great communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to learn quickly and take initiative
  • Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while simultaneously also be self-motivated
  • Build relationships with various stakeholders in a robust office environment

You will need the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SQL Server (data profiling and querying) and VBA
  • Knowledge of Azure, Power BI, R, Python is an asset, we will train the right candidate
  • Experience using Git source control is an asset
  • Experience with project coordination and management is an asset
