About Us:

Axsa Group is a proudly family-run business and the umbrella organisation behind some of the most trusted names in the Northern Territory—Arnies Fencing, Territory Handrails, Darwin Powdercoating, and Darwin Play in the Shade.

As a group, we are united by a common mission: delivering high-quality services with integrity, efficiency, and a community-first approach.

We believe in the strength of family, and that extends beyond our ownership to every team member. When we succeed, we succeed together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful, on-time project completion.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new team members, including inductions, compliance documentation, and integration into active projects.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools, documentation, and information to execute project tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate certification and engineering documentation to ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project.
  • Ensure employees are adhering to time management procedures, including timesheet entry and utilisation of the bundy clock.
  • Assist in monitoring and promoting compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures, including maintaining safety documentation, supporting site audits, and ensuring all staff are inducted and aware of their WHS responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by taking on new responsibilities aligned with your capabilities and professional growth goals.
  • Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles, ideally within construction, trades, or a scheduling-driven environment.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
