The successful candidate will have experience as a chef or cook and be willing to work as part of a team.

Be well presented.

Available to work a variety of shift times, days, nights and weekends. Chef's work across two kitchens being The Deck Steakhouse and Sails Sports Bar. Flexibility is a must.

Have a genuine passion for cooking.

Immediate start available.

BAR DUTY MANAGER

Rotating roster, various shifts available 7 days a week.

Looking for long term staff.

Immediate start with full training provided.

  • Must hold a current QLD RSA & RSG or be willing to obtain within 30 days
  • Excellent communication
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager/Supervisor required
  • Staff Management Experience
  • Gaming experience - Keno/Tab/Pokies
  • Reliability a MUST
  • MUST be available for all hours over a 7 day roster
