Job Description: At RARE BAR & GRILL, you will be the driving force behind our continued success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring that our team consistently delivers outstanding service, and maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities:

  • mentor a diverse team of waitstaff, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high levels of service and attending to customer needs promptly and courteously.
  • Inventory management, and handling any issues that may arise during service.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to guarantee consistent quality in food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer loyalty, and meet financial targets.
  • Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and protocols.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing best practices

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a FOH employee
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with grace and tact.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.
