Eustralis Food is a leading importer and distributor of premium French food products in Australia. We proudly supply high-quality croissants, breads, cakes, muffins, donuts, and other convenient ready-to-eat solutions.

We have a brand-new opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join our WA sales team, starting in January 2026. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position.  

Your customer portfolio will include fine dining restaurants, hotels, retailers, cafés, bakeries/patisseries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with business owners, managers, and retail staff.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives to boost client sales.
  • Provide training to retail teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor competitor activity and implement proactive counter-strategies.

About you:

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable with longer sales cycles and nurturing leads over time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you enjoy connecting with people at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and able to work autonomously while visiting clients.
  • Self-motivated and thrives under minimum supervision.
  • Diploma in Sales or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
  • A passion for food is a bonus
