RACKMART is offering an Internal Sales & Customer Service role in our Western Australia Team. This excellent career progression opportunity will allow you to work within a growing team and business where you will learn and gain valuable experience.

**THE ROLE**
- Respond to requests for quotes, follow up on customer enquiries and queries.
- Business Development - identify new opportunities for the business and foster relationships with new prospects.
- Use cold calling, existing databases, telephone sales and other reasonable methods to grow the customer base and accordingly the revenue.
- Assist with the preparation of quotations & tenders, follow up on invoicing to customers, collect outstanding payments from customers.
- Process orders and preparing load signs.
- Assist with admin duties as requested.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Certificate.
- Good communication; organizational; time management and mathematical skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Data entry and computer skills required.
- Experience in sales, marketing or customer service field advantageous.

**Salary**: $49,800.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
