ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Officer to support the team in Mulgrave.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing front-of-house administrative duties and providing our customers with exceptional customer service.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong computer literacy skills, proficient with MS Office product, and the ability to learn new systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills demonstrating your flair for exceptional customer service
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion to learn and succeed.
  • Previous experience in office-based customer service role.
  • Insurance Industry experience highly regarded.
  • Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
  • Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
