Purpose of Role -

Convido is seeking a Meet & Greet, Customer Experience Officer for our Melbourne, Australia market. Reporting into the Operations Manager & Head of Operations, this role is responsible for meeting, greeting and orientating our corporate guests upon arrival into their new apartment and surrounding local area. This service is an integral part of Convido's high touch, personal customer service, with the focus of ensuring our long stay corporate guests transition into their new apartment and surrounds comfortably.

Main Duties & Responsibilities -

  • Perform at request the pivotal task of in-person meet and greet service for our corporate long stay arriving guests.
  • Full orientation of their apartment, building complex and their surrounding area. Other Duties from time to time.
  • Assist the Operations team in all aspects of apartment inventory management and guest service-related matters.
  • Assistance with setup and breakdown of apartment inventory.
  • Ensuring apartment standards are met and maintained for every guest stay.
  • Perform pre and post arrival inspections, ensuring Convido continues to meet guest quality standards.
  • Maintenance and manual lifting assistance.
  • Respond to and manage guest service matters.
  • Assist in managing suppliers to a positive outcome.
  • Other tasks/projects as discussed and agreed.

Qualifications -

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • 1+ years of accommodation, hospitality, real estate and/or similar experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to effectively multitask.
  • Demonstrates high level of personal energy and high productivity.
  • Repairs and maintenance skills are a plus.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.

Please note, work requirements across 7 days/nights. Availability to perform meet and greet services on weeknights, weekends and holidays.

To be considered, you must be entitled to work in Australia, have a valid drivers' license and vehicle / and/or access to public transport that can enable you to attend M&G services any time of day/night, and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks.
