Key Responsibilities:

· Present and explain technical products or services that suit client needs

· Keep up to date with company offerings, competitor products, and industry trends

· Ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase and resolve any issues that arise

· Keep detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and business-related expenses

· Create and submit sales performance reports to management

· Perform and lead team in wine club and cellar door direct sales

· Actively perform data base collection to strategies goals

· Manage shed and sales programs in liaise with production for the wine release program

· Supervise staff sales training

Qualifications, Skills and Work Experience Required

· At least one year of related experience

· Strong product knowledge and understanding of industry competitors

· Excellent communication and client engagement abilities

· Skilled at identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions

· Proven sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction

· Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills

· Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and customer relationship management

· Developed leadership, motivational and people skills

· Competent financial management skills

· Highly developed customer relations skills

· Highly developed verbal and written communication skills are critical for this role
