Sydney Tools is experiencing exciting growth, and we're searching for a dedicated Storeperson on a permanent, full-time basis to join our fantastic team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll be a vital part of our store's success.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar Storeperson role.
• Current Forklift License (LF): Essential for operating our equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong Attention to Detail: You're meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES

• Forklift Operation: Safely loading and unloading trucks with various products.
• Receiving & Dispatching Stock: Efficiently managing incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Picking and Packing Orders: Accurately fulfilling customer and store orders.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and store.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent service to customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Merchandising & Stock Replenishment: Assisting with store presentation and ensuring shelves are stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Dispatch Manager and sales staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Stable Roster: Work a stable roster on an 11-day fortnight and time-in-lieu for approved overtime.
• Weekend Work: Being available to work every second Saturday (shorter day).
