The position ensures seamless communication and collaboration between Sales Consultants, Estimating, and Design team to guarantee project milestones are met. Acting as the central point of coordination, the role enhances efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via phone and email to provide prompt and professional support.
  • Assist with generating quotes, sales proposals, and tender submissions in collaboration with the estimating team.
  • Follow up on open quotes and active leads, helping to drive conversions.
  • Manage and maintain CRM records, ensuring sales activities and client data are current and accurate.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Take the lead in identifying and researching potential new clients and upcoming projects.
  • Support pipeline tracking and reporting, working closely with sales representatives to ensure targets and opportunities are monitored effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and prepare sales collateral for presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate client files, job folders, and internal project documents.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Competent phone manner.
