We are excited to open a modern dental practice in Windsor and are looking for a motivated and friendly Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a clinic from day one, help shape its culture, and grow into a full-time role as the practice expands.

About the Role

This is a dual role that combines chairside assisting with front-desk responsibilities. You'll play a key part in both the clinical and patient experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full chairside assistance to dentists, including preparation and sterilisation of instruments
  • Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment in line with infection control protocols
  • Greet patients warmly, manage appointments, and answer phone enquiries
  • Process payments, claims, and patient records accurately
  • Build strong patient relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage day-to-day reception duties, including scheduling, email correspondence, and filing

About You

  • Previous dental assisting experience and knowledge of infection control is highly regarded
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or working towards) preferred but not essential
  • Confident, professional phone manner and strong communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage both clinical and reception duties
  • A positive team player with a willingness to learn and grow with the clinic
