Days required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice in Windsor, Australia. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients while also providing chairside assistance to our dental professionals.
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring proper instrument handling and patient comfort
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments according to established protocols
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation
- Schedule appointments, manage patient inquiries, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues

**Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in dental assisting or reception (helpful but not required)
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to collaborate with the dental team and contribute to a positive work environment
