As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team part-time (3 days per week) to help us find, attract, and hire great people who align with our culture and high standards.
About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of roles – from warehouse and logistics to sales, design, and creative. This is a hands-on, autonomous role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across the business
- Write and post engaging job ads aligned with our brand and culture
- Proactively source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Manage the interview and selection process
- Coordinate reference checks, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Contribute to building our employer brand and recruitment strategy
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once
- Familiarity with the events, creative, or hospitality industries is a bonus
- A positive, proactive mindset and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities
