About the Role

Waddell Landscape Design & Construction is an award-winning, high end luxury residential design and construction company with basesin Geelong, Melbourne and Byron Bay.

Our involvement in The Block and the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show have established our reputation as a trusted high end landscape design and construction company, with several awards to our name.

We are now looking for a Qualified Landscaper to join our dedicated team. 

About the role - what you'll be doing
  • Building decks, laying pavers, erecting pergolas, installing irrigation systems, pouring concrete and all elements of hard and soft landscaping.
  • Confidently running residential projects, with internal support and clearly detailed plans.
  • Mulching, planting, turf installation, retaining wall construction.
  • A team player with a keenness to advance your career and grow within the company.
  • Trusted to do your job and do it well.
Qualifications and experience
  • A driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A great attitude with an enthusiasm for building beautiful landscapes.
  • A keenness to grow and learn within the company and the landscaping trade.
  • Able to follow plans and budgets.
  • Qualifications in Landscaping/Horticulture.
