Sales Assistants play a key role in our sales process. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to impact the growth of our business and support our sales team by engaging new clients. You will reach out to potential clients to learn their current needs with selling their biggest asset (property) and sell our services. This is the perfect role for someone who is a great communicator, competitive, driven, hard-working, and a team player

The ideal Sales Assistant will **excel** in the following areas:

- Researching new markets, build a pipeline of potential leads, and nurture relationships
- Be the face of LJ Hooker, you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers
- Become an expert on our brand, business, and service
- Make an average of 30 outbound connects to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling property appraisal appointments
- Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads, own your pipeline
- Nurture relationships with potential customers
- Book appraisals with qualified
- Leads for your Sales Executive team
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets
- Stay current on industry news and understand the social media landscape

**Desired Criteria**:

- Successful experience in a new business generation/real estate/inside sales role is an advantage
- Ability to effectively communicate an enterprise level solution
- Cold calling and door knocking experience an advantage

**Essential Criteria**:

- Current Victorian Real Estate License/Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or equivalent)
- Current driver’s license & car.
- Be comfortable in taking charge of situations.
- Have a strong ability to prioritise and problem solve.
- Positivity and determination.
- Ability to turn a "no" into a "yes" through consultative questioning and coping with rejection.
- Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team.
- Ability to thrive in a bonus driven environment.
- Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, any other languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in Australia.

**Salary**: $40,822.00 - $103,704.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or equivalent) (preferred)
- Victorian Real Estate License (preferred)
