Campus Manager – Parramatta Campus

University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) has partnered with the Education Centre of Australia (ECA), opening a new campus in Adelaide in 2024, located at 182 Victoria Square. The campus offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across a number of disciplines. UniSC Parramatta is scheduled to launch for teaching in T1 2026 and will be a complementary offering within the portfolio.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experience Campus Manager to be part of our team at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) campus in Parramatta. As a key member of the team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to progress your career within the education industry.  We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and is self-motivated and an enthusiastic 'go-getter'.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily campus operations, including facilities, staff, and student services.
  • Ensure compliance with CRICOS, ESOS Act, and National Code standards.
  • Lead and support academic and administrative teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student support services.
  • Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • Manage student experience initiatives, from orientation through to completion.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the University.

About You

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of ESOS Act, National Code, and TEQSA compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural staff and student cohorts.
  • Post graduate qualifications.
