**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations at our Parramatta campus. This key leadership role supports our training and executive teams by ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance, and coordination across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training, performance, and support as needed.
- Maintain and improve office systems, procedures, and policies in line with organisational goals.
- Coordinate internal and external communication, including correspondence, scheduling, and reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, procurement, and record-keeping for operational and financial administration.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery and office maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, workplace safety regulations, and legislative requirements.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, induction, and records management.
- Oversee asset and resource allocation including office supplies, IT equipment, and fleet coordination support.
- Ensure workplace practices meet occupational health and safety standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office management or a similar administrative coordination role.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and database systems.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of compliance and HR procedures is highly regarded.
