What You'll Do:
Save the Day: Be the hero our customers need by answering high volume inbound call queries and providing top-notch and warm support over the phone.
Spread Positivity: Turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
Solve Mysteries: Channel your inner detective to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Be a Team Player: Collaborate with your fellow heroes to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.

* $65,000 per annum PLUS Super
* Overtime opportunities
