The Venue

Jimmy invites everyone to his rooftop pad at ivy, Level 4. Inspired by his international escapades and eclectic personality, Jimmy's Rooftop is an escape in the heart of the CBD.

Channelling the vibe of NYC's best rooftops, it's a place for a drink with mates as the sun goes down.

Chef Simon Zalloua has fired up the charcoal grill making Middle Eastern wraps and cocktail pro James Irvine is bringing drinks with pressed juices and fresh ingredients.

The Role

We are after an energetic, bubbly and experienced Venue Manager with a focus on creating a strong team culture, one that celebrates cultural diversity, and is passionate about creating an authentic and traditional experience for their guests.

You'll be expected to build, lead and develop a diverse team, maintain a culture that strives for excellence, deliver exceptional guest experience, and have fun along the way. You'll provide ongoing training to the team through product knowledge and be focused on establishing an effective operation rhythm across the venue.

Our team knows what it takes to deliver guest experiences like no other and with such anticipation surrounding yet another incredible development, we need managers who are:

  • Strong operators with focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product
  • Hands-on and operational
  • Experts at stakeholder management
  • Responsible for developing the skills of the staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships
  • Experienced in managing large teams in a high-volume atmosphere; 2+ years in hospitality management is essential
