Overview

As the hands people-leader of  your role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of  the store and being the go-to contact for on-site employees. You'll be motivating, inspiring, and  training your team, and always ensure to provide a great employee experience by showing respect to  your peers

Aside from assisting with supervising staff and running operations, customer service is front-of mind, so it's first nature to you. Provide top tier customer service, build relationships with our valued customers and create an unforgettable experience for them

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage store staff
  • Onboarding and training new staff
  • Completing weekly reporting and budgeting
  • Manage rostering and staff availability
  • Run day-to-day operations of the venue
  • Completing open to close operational procedures
  • Maintaining a high standard of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Making high-quality espresso coffee – barista skills are a must

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a similar venue or hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and early starts
  • Excellent customer service
