About the Role

This role at Putzmeister Oceania (PMO) will be working in a team environment in both the field and workshop, servicing and repairing a large range of concrete pumps, mortar trailers, light to heavy excavators and mining equipment.

You'll work with the Service Team to:

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of equipment at client sites across NSW. You'll provide technical support and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum and systems are performing optimally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown repairs on-site.
  • Install new equipment and assist with commissioning and calibration.
  • Diagnose mechanical, auto electrical, and control issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support in the field.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety policies and procedures.
  • Willing to travel including overnight stays away from home as required.

About You

  • Trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a field service or maintenance role.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel throughout NSW.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
