We are accredited under The National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme (NTCRS) and are fully certified to ISO 9001/14001/45001, AS/NZS 5377, and R2v3 standards, ensuring our operations meet the highest levels of quality, environmental responsibility, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will encompass a range of e-commerce activities, including:
Product and Inventory Management
- Photograph products clearly and record items and stock levels accurately in the system
- Label and organise inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain tidy storage areas
Online Listings and Store Management
- Create and update online listings with correct descriptions, details, and pricing
- Monitor listing quality and make improvements to support online sales
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally and assist with returns, replacements, and order issues
- Maintain a positive communication tone to support high customer satisfaction
Order Processing and Dispatch
- Pick and pack orders accurately and prepare shipping labels and paperwork
- Book courier or postal services and ensure orders are dispatched on time
- Perform basic quality checks before dispatch to make sure items match order requirements
Warehouse Organisation and General Support
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area at all times
- Assist with manual handling, stock arrangement, and general warehouse duties
- Support colleagues and contribute to process improvements as required
About You:
- Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce, online retail, or phone/web-based customer service, including social media engagement
- Self-motivated with a positive Can-Do attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team
- Confident English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; basic computer hardware knowledge preferred but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
