Due to Sealy's continued success and growth, there is now an exciting opportunity to join our Components Division, located in Brisbane, as a Machine Operator in the Fibre plant.

The Role

The role involves working as part of a team to produce felt pads and fibre wadding for our internal customers. Your main responsibly will be the operation and maintenance of the machinery in the production area.

Other aspects of the role include

· Involvement in certain aspects of the company's Continuous Improvement program.

· Ensure all WH&S obligations are met.

The Candidate

Training is provided, but to be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:

  • Proven machine operating experience.
  • Be reliable and efficient to maximize output without compromising quality
  • A strong mechanical aptitude.
  • A team player with a positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills with a high attention to detail.
