We are seeking an experienced and reliable solicitor preferably with in-depth knowledge and experience in commercial law, property law and conveyancing, wills and estates, estate planning, family law, or immigration law.

As a Solicitor, Your Duties And Responsibilities Include

  • Obtaining instructions from clients and providing legal advice
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Drafting other legal documents, correspondences, and templates
  • Litigation support

Qualifications

  • Must be an established qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2–4-year experience
  • Knowledge of state laws and regulations
  • General practice knowledge of property law, conveyancing, probate, estate planning and wills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and general communication skills
  • Excellent legal drafting skills
  • Must build a strong relationship with clients
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Keen to details
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must have commitment and determination
