The Opportunity

This permanent full-time role suits lawyers who want to apply their legal expertise in a strategic, commercial environment. You will be part of a team that plays a critical role in managing conflicts of interest and information barriers worldwide, ensuring compliance with professional obligations and supporting the firm's strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on complex legal and commercial conflict queries.
  • Liaise with Partners and staff to resolve conflict issues.
  • Ensure compliance with global sanctions and AML obligations.
  • Review and advise on conflict provisions in client agreements and firm policies.

About You

  • Admitted as a Solicitor in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience.
  • Excellent research, analytical and technical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive mindset, able to balance competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated interest in an alternative career path out of practise.
