Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced Italian restaurant? Enzo's Cucina Kemps Creek is looking for a motivated Shift Runner/Bar Supervisor to help oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Shift Runner, you'll be the go-to person during your shift, responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating front-of-house staff
  • Ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Managing bookings, walk-ins, and table allocations
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Supporting the kitchen and bar teams with coordination
  • Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards
  • Managing drinks stocks and make alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience (supervisory or team leader level preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
  • Should have RSA
  • Drive preferrable
