Located at Ocean Shores NSW, just 30 minutes south of Tweed Heads and around the same north from Byron Bay, Ocean Shores Country Club is looking for a casual Bar & Gaming Supervisor to join our fantastic team.

About you:

  • A hands-on position with proven experience in the hospitality industry
  • Motivated to lead and work as part of a team
  • Genuine interest in service and a passion for hospitality
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across 7 days and nights on a rotating roster

Qualifications & experience

  • Excellent knowledge and practical skills relating to hotel or registered club operations including; cash handling and reconciliation, venue security, bar, coffee shop & gaming operations (including gaming machines, TAB and Keno)
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Hold current NSW RSA & RCG and unrestricted driver's license
  • Tertiary qualifications in hospitality are desirable

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Supervising Club House activities and trading operations
  • Motivating and leading staff
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders (e.g. golf, bowls, interest and groups)
  • Staff training and induction in line with the Club's policies
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative responsibilities
