Are you a morning person with a passion for hospitality, coffee, and leadership?

We're looking for a Day Shift Supervisor to join our team — someone who can open the restaurant, lead the morning team, and set the tone for great service all day long.

You'll be the first face our team and guests see each day. As the Day Shift Supervisor, you'll:

  • Open the restaurant and bar with confidence and precision
  • Prepare and serve exceptional barista-quality coffee when needed.
  • Oversee morning service, ensuring smooth operations
  • Support and motivate the front-of-house team
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and hygiene
  • Help set up and manage the day bar
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience with every order

What We're Looking For

  • RSA Certificate
  • Proven barista experience
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a café, restaurant, or bar
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability (especially for opening shifts)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A hands-on approach and positive energy to start the day right
  • Legal right to work in Australia
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in hospitality or retail
  • Availability for early morning shifts including weekends and public holidays
